When the Smyths Toys Superstore Christmas catalogue pops through our letterbox each year the topic of Christmas presents is firmly on the table, and the festive season begins. This year was no different from others, with Minime spending a couple of hours franticly highlighting and page-marking before heading online to check some reviews. This is the joy of a 10-year-old - the Christmas list process has become quite refined.
Top of her list this year is a Hoverboard, but dolls still reign high. Already the little Christmas tree is out in the 'girls bedroom' (with presents under for each doll) so I don't think this particular love will fade soon. The new entrant, after starting to learn to ride at Easter, is horses... currently we don't have a unicorn in sight - but there is time yet!
If you need some inspiration for this years Christmas present buying, here are some ideas....
TOEU Hoverboard - £139
Our Generation Off to School set - £19.99
Our Generation Care Set with Foldable Wheelchair £34.99
Our Generation Posable Legs Morgan Horse £39.99
Our Generation Fun Fur Fall Parka Vest Outfit £12.99
Our Generation That's how I Roller Skate Outfit £12.99
Lego Friends Mia's Horse Trailer £22.99
Shopkins Real Littles Mini Packs Shopper Pack £11.99. These already seem out of stock all over the place, some Smyths and some Argos stores have them, but nothing for delivery. As they are US brands and Minime would only recognise Pringles anyway, I'm going to try and get away with these from Amazon, also cheaper at £7.50
Spy Code: Operation Escape £14.99
Beat the Parents £14.99
Links are included so you can find out more - but only for ease. I'm not endorsing any of these products, or the retailers linked to them. Prices marked are as stated in the Smyths catalogue or online at the time of posting.
